The Leaf Collab Terms and Conditions

  1. THE PROMOTION: While supplies last, customers who make a qualifying online purchase in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will receive a free gift (the “Gift”), subject to availability and the terms set forth herein (the “Promotion”). This Promotion is sponsored by Better Made Snack Foods, Inc., with offices at 10148 Gratiot Avenue, Detroit, Michigan 48213 (the “Promoter”). By participating, each customer agrees to Promoter’s website terms and privacy policy. Void where prohibited.
  2. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins on April 2, 2026 at 9:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends when supplies are exhausted (the “Promotion Period”).
  3. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to customers in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who make a purchase at bettermade.com. Free gifts will only be shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.
  4. QUALIFYING PURCHASE REQUIREMENT: During the Promotion Period, an eligible customer who makes a purchase of at least $25.00 USD in a single transaction on bettermade.com (the “Minimum Purchase Requirement”) and checks the “free Leaf Trading Card” box available in the cart at checkout (a “Qualifying Purchase”) will receive the Gift. The Minimum Purchase Requirement shall be calculated before applicable taxes and shipping charges. Taxes, shipping charges, additional discounts, and prior purchases are excluded from the Minimum Purchase Requirement. If any item in the order is unavailable, backordered, or otherwise removed from the order prior to fulfillment, and the remaining purchase total falls below the Minimum Purchase Requirement, the order will no longer qualify for the Gift. In such cases, the Gift will not be shipped, and no substitution will be provided.
  5. THE GIFT: The Gift consists of one (1) randomly selected trading card pack from Leaf Trading Card Company (ARV: $7.99). Each trading card pack contains one (1) serialized trading card, which may be of Dennis Rodman, Chris Chelios, or Miguel Cabrera.  Each series will have no more than 35 copies of a card.  Requests for a specific player cannot and will not be accommodated. The Gift is provided “as is” and no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the Gift is permitted.
  6. LIMITATIONS: Limit one (1) Gift per Qualifying Purchase. Customers may participate in the Promotion multiple times by making additional Qualifying Purchases, subject to these Terms and Conditions. This Promotion may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless expressly stated.
  7. AVAILABILITY: Gifts are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. There are only five hundred (500) Gifts available. Once the total quantity of five hundred (500) Gifts has been distributed, no additional Gifts will be provided.
  8. SHIPPING: The Gift will be shipped separately from the qualifying order to address provided at checkout.  No additional shipping or handling charges will apply for the Gift. Standard shipping and handling fees for the Qualifying Purchase still apply.
  9. OTHER: Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.These Terms and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

BETTER MADE HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 

PROMOTION IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH TIKTOK, INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, OR X (FORMERLY TWITTER). You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to the aforementioned social media platforms. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to the Promoter. By participating, you fully release and hold harmless TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter) from any and all liability arising from or related to this Promotion.
