At Better Made, we’ve been delighting you with your favorite snacks for over 90 years. We strive to make every purchase perfect, but if something goes wrong, our customer service team is here to help.

Order Processing

  • Ships within 1-3 business days.
  • Processing time may extend to 3 business days during holidays.

Shipping Fees

  • We only ship to the 48 contiguous states
  • Flat rate shipping for orders up to $300.
  • For every additional $300 in your order, an incremental flat shipping fee will be applied.
  • $7 shipping east of the Mississippi River.
  • $13 shipping west of the Mississippi River.

Shipping Address Validation

  • Ensure all address information is accurate.
  • Better Made is not responsible for issues from incorrect addresses and will not reship orders due to inaccuracies.
  • We do not ship to PO,  APO or FPO box addresses.

Delivery

  • Residential deliveries Monday – Saturday.
  • Estimated transit times on provided maps.
  • Add 1-3 days for order processing.
  • Delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather, and pandemics.

Fulfillment Errors

  • Report any order errors within 7 days of receipt.
  • No credits will be issued after 7 days for any reason.
  • We will either reship your product or credit you in the same manner as your original payment.
  • To start this process, please call Customer Service.

Tracking

  • Check your tracking number for carrier delays.

 

Order Changes and Returns

Orders that have not yet shipped can be changed or canceled by contacting Customer Service. Please have your order number ready for reference.

Returns

Due to the nature of our food products, Better Made cannot accept returns.

 

Damages and Open Bags

Damages

Please report any damages within 7 days of receipt. While our snacks are packed with care, some damage may occur during shipping. Photograph any damage and include the images when notifying us.

Open Bags

Bags shipped to mid and west coast, or high-altitude locations, may pop open due to altitude changes or carrier mishandling. Please order with this in mind, as we cannot guarantee the bags will remain sealed.
