THUNDER, THE LEOPARD GECKO, LIKES TO HIDE UNDER A BLANKET WHILE HELPING MOM TEACH PRESCHOOL FROM HOME
WESTLAND, MI – The name sounds tough, but in reality Thunder the Leopard Gecko is nothing but a big cuddle bug! He loves to sit on his mom’s lap tucked under a blanket while she teaches preschool from home. Jacki Belcher of Westland, MI sent in this fun photo of Thunder and it was chosen as the February 2022 Pet of the Month photo winner. For winning, Jacki will receive a freshly made sampler box filled with a variety of delicious Better Made Snack Food products.

“I actually have two geckos,” says Jacki. “Thunder is 1.5 years old and the cuddle bug. The other Gecko prefers to be left alone. Thunder is very loving and a good pet. I’ve been teaching preschool from home and he’s always with me. If he were a dog or cat I might be able to give him some Better Made, but he isn’t allowed.
