Easy

No marinade. No sauce. Just Red Hot doing the work. The wings come out crispy, the heat builds, and the bag is empty before halftime.

Red Hot Game Day Wings

Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings, split into drums and flats
1 tbsp baking powder (aluminum-free)
1 tsp salt
Better Made Red Hot Seasoning Shaker, generous shake
Ranch or blue cheese, for serving
Celery sticks, for serving

Instructions

Pat the wings completely dry with paper towels. Dry skin is everything.
Toss the wings with baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Arrange wings on a wire rack set over a baking sheet, skin side up.
Bake at 250°F for 30 minutes. This dries the skin further.
Crank the heat to 425°F and bake another 35 to 45 minutes until deep golden and crispy.
Pull from the oven and immediately shake Red Hot over the wings while they're hot. Toss to coat.
Serve with ranch, blue cheese, and celery.
BETTER MADE TIP

The baking powder trick gets wings as crispy as a fryer. Shake the Red Hot the second they come out so the seasoning sticks to the skin.
