BETTER MADE 95^TH ANNIVERSARY SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WIL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The [95 years Made Better with Better Made Sweepstakes] (“Sweepstakes”) is open to residents of, and physically located within, the 48 contiguous United States and D.C., excluding residents of NY and FL, 18 years of age and older, or the age of majority in their state, at the time of entry.  Employees of Better Made Snack Foods, Inc. ("Sponsor"), its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively "Promotion Parties"), and members of their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.  Void where prohibited.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on September 4, 2025, at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) through September 25, 2025, at 8:59:59 AM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”), visit www.bettermade.com/95th and complete the online entry form with all required information.  Limit one (1) entry per person/email address during the entire Sweepstakes Period.  Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification.  You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.  Sponsor will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

3. DRAWING: The Sweepstakes Period will be broken into three (3) separate weekly drawing periods (each, a “Drawing Period”) as set forth in the Weekly Entry, Drawing & Prize Chart below.  A random drawing will be conducted on or about the Random Drawing Date for each Drawing Period by Sponsor to select the winners from among all eligible entries received.  All non-winning entries from any Drawing Period WILL be rolled over to subsequent Drawing Periods.  Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.  Potential winners will be notified by email and may be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Release within seven (7) days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor.  Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner.  The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.  All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner.  By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters.  Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner's name and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.  SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  Promotion Parties will not be responsible for:  late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes.  If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this Sweepstakes in a manner it deems appropriate.  In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination.  In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared by the name on the online entry form.

5.PRIZES: Ninety-five (95) winners will be selected by random drawing to receive one Gift Box containing: (25) bags of 2.5-3 oz. Better Made snack products (ARV: $57.25), (1) 32 oz. Better Made-branded water bottle (ARV: $21.99), (1) Better Made-branded magnetic charger (ARV: $24.99), (1) Better Made-branded notebook(ARV: $24.99) and (1) Better Made-branded Heavy Duty Tote bag (ARV: $11.99); with a total value of $141.21 USD.  Total value of all prizes is $13,414.95.  Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.  Limit one prize per family or household.  No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  All prizes will be awarded.  If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.  Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

6. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof.  Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.

7. PRIVACY: Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at: [bettermade.com/95th].  By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be added to Sponsor’s marketing email list and agrees to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from the Sponsor at the cell number used when signing up. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Additionally, by entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that the Sponsor has the right to contact the entrant by phone, direct message, or email accounts provided on the Entry Form to administer and fulfill this Sweepstakes.

8. WINNERS LIST: For the names of all prize winners, email your request, including the name of the Sweepstakes, to info@bettermade.com by October 31, 2025.

You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to the aforementioned social media platforms. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor. By participating, entrants fully release and hold harmless TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter) from any and all liability arising from or related to this Sweepstakes.
